Providing you with product literature such as PDF data sheets & technical specifications, to CAD blocks for all of our products.

We have Auto CAD technicians on hand to design a bespoke solution to meet today’s ever changing needs. Once things progress from design stage we will then prepare setting out drawings for civil works and cable diagrams for all electrical works. With our assistance we will ensure that your client achieves the best possible solution to meet their requirements.

Installation

The Advance Systems team of project managers and engineers take care of installing the system for you providing; dedicated Project Manager who drafts the project plan with your team and manages the implementation end to end.

Work with your IT concerning the installation of the Advance Systems Access Control System onto your IT infrastructure & Set up the database, security parameters, configuration and data migration based on your organisation’s specific requirement

Services & Maintenance

At Advance Systems, our relationships with clients don’t end with installation and training. We’re there to support you as long as you’re using our products.

Our help desk will support you on a day to day basis.

Standard terms and conditions for after sales support are available from your account manager however Advance Systems recognise that Organisations Security Requirements often vary based on the Organisations Security Needs and Policies and hence we will provide consultation to bespoke the appropriate contract as the environment dictates.

Training

Training strategies are developed before installation and include:

• Review the Organisations security policies in order to provide post implementation support that adequately covers the organisations on and off site security requirements.
• Assess the Organisations available in-house resource(s) and technical skill levels and availability to handle first line support where appropriate.
